Member of the Bucharest Bar since 1999, being a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest, her main specialization being private international law, with a focus on business consulting and creating legal strategies for foreign investors in Romania. Her activity as a lawyer includes commercial and civil consulting, with the aim of building strategic solutions for business, drafting contracts for the best legal protection of clients, legal reports and opinions, but also commercial litigation. Mrs. Enescu Camelia also has a special experience in carrying out due diligence procedures and real estate legislation, labor law and intellectual property law.
