V\u00e2nz\u0103torul poate \u00eentocmi un contract denumit promisiune unilateral\u0103 de v\u00e2nzare \u00een care V\u00e2nz\u0103torul este obligat s\u0103 v\u00e2nd\u0103 proprietatea, iar Cump\u0103r\u0103torul are o perioad\u0103 limitat\u0103 de timp pentru a decide dac\u0103 dore\u0219te s\u0103 cumpere.<\/p><p>Dup\u0103 ce p\u0103r\u021bile au convenit asupra propriet\u0103\u021bii \u0219i asupra pre\u021bului acesteia, poate fi redactat un contract de v\u00e2nzare-cump\u0103rare. \u00cenainte de \u00eencheierea contractului de v\u00e2nzare-cump\u0103rare, p\u0103r\u021bile pot semna un contract de promisiune de v\u00e2nzare-cump\u0103rare prin care se prevede c\u0103 contractul de v\u00e2nzare-cump\u0103rare va fi \u00eentocmit \u00eentr-o perioad\u0103 determinat\u0103.<\/p><p>Contractul de v\u00e2nzare-cump\u0103rare trebuie s\u0103 fie autentificat de un notar public (taxele pentru acesta pot fi pl\u0103tite de Cump\u0103r\u0103tor sau \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bite \u00eentre p\u0103r\u021bi) pentru a fi valabil conform legisla\u021biei rom\u00e2ne. pentru orice vicii ascunse pe care Cumparatorul le-ar putea constata ulterior asupra imobilului si de asemenea pentru orice evacuare impotriva Cumparatorului.<\/p><p><strong>Echipa
